1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading or using our apps (iBarq, SpendWise, etc.) or visiting our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to download copies of the materials (information or software) on ISOFT's website/apps for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.
- You may not modify or copy the materials.
- You may not use the materials for any commercial purpose.
- You may not attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on ISOFT's platforms.
3. App Specific Terms
Users utilizing delivery services agree to provide accurate location data. Captains are independent contractors and not employees of ISOFT.
While we use high-grade security, the user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access keys.
4. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Palestine and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
